Cancellations & Refunds
Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, we require at least 14 days advance notice by telephone or email. With at least 14 days notice we will refund your deposit. Cancellations made within the 14-day period will be charged for 50% of the total amount of the reserved stay (plus any extra meals), unless we are able to rebook the guesthouse. The same rules apply for reservations for the whole complex. We are a small business and cancellations affect us dramatically. We realise that life and the weather are unpredictable, but we cannot assume responsibility for that! We ask that you carefully consider our policy before making a reservation. If you have any concerns about possibly having to cancel, we recommend inexpensive trip cancellation insurance.
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required for a stay of two or more nights. A 100% deposit is required for one night stays. The balance due at checkout may be paid in cash, bank transfer, or credit card. A €300 security deposit must be paid when renting the whole complex to cover any possible damages. Not that we don't trust you, it's just in case and we'll refund it 24 hours after check-out.
